The evening will commence at 7pm on 30 August and burgers and hotdogs can be purchased throughout the evening as required, the bar will be open for refreshments.
The presentations will be made between 7.30pm and 8.30pm depending on when the game at the ground finishes, as Old Buckenham second team will be playing their last game of the season. They have had a very exciting season and are currently second in the league and aiming for promotion, so please feel free to come earlier and support them if you would like to.
There will also be a raffle so any raffle prizes are gratefully received.
Although you are not required to buy tickets, I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether you will be attending, as we will still need to know approximately how many to cater for on the BBQ.
